Start your new career as a Team Member with MAU at our client in Ridgeville, SC. As a Team Member, you will perform operational and operator maintenance tasks while supporting team goals, continuous improvement, safety, quality, and a positive work environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. What We Offer:
- Pay of $19.25 per hour
- First shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:40 PM

- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging circumstances
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting and moving up to 33 lbs., standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and kneeling
- Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications and work instructions
- Perform operational tasks according to established rules, instructions, and quality standards
- Help the team meet performance targets by generating actions and serving as a point of contact for operational activities
- Perform operator maintenance tasks within the assigned team
- Support team members and participate in team activities
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments
- Continuously improve your skills and ability to perform assigned activities
- Share knowledge and competencies with team members
- Contribute to a safe, productive, and positive work environment
- Support new activities, process improvements, and reorganizations
- Perform duties with integrity and in accordance with ethical standards
- Build productive working relationships and collaborate toward shared objectives
