For more information, visit Summary The Creative Project Manager supports the Senior Creative Project Manager in executing creative production strategies and managing day-to-day project workflows. This role helps coordinate resources, track timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards across a high volume of creative projects. As a detail-oriented communicator and collaborator, the Brand Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about creative operations and process excellence. What You’ll Do: Project Coordination: Support the execution of creative projects (600+ annually) by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives. Intake and Scheduling: Assist in managing project intake mechanisms, scheduling resources, and maintaining calendars for shoots, reviews, and asset delivery. Task Management: Use project management tools to assign tasks, monitor progress, and flag potential delays or dependencies. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners; provide timely updates and follow-ups. Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking production budgets and vendor invoices; support cost optimization efforts under the guidance of the Senior Creative Project Manager. Process Support: Help document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process optimization initiatives. Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks such as file organization, meeting coordination, and documentation to support creative operations. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. 4-6 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or marketing environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet) - 3-5 years in Workfront required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. What You’ll Receive: As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $83,000K to $100,000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time.
