Join our team at The Abbington as a Part-Time Dishwasher and be an essential part of providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. We're seeking a dedicated individual who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the well‑being of seniors, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as necessary. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met in the kitchen area. Assist with kitchen cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during meal times. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Food Handlers Permit or willingness to get one Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. This position is Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 7pm This position will be subject to random drug screenings.
