Hours: 8a-5pm cst appx

Day of the week: M, Tu, Th, F,

Job Description:
This position is responsible for the transport and delivery of chicks/eggs on time in a professional manner by driving diesel-powered tractor trailer combinations while complying with Department of Transportation rules and regulations maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Drive tractor/trailer to poultry farms, operate forklift
Drive offal trailer to the landfill.
Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

Possess a Class A CDL with at least 1 year verifiable experience, or 9 months within the past 12 months
Must be able to take care of chicks in hot or cold weather conditions
Must be able to maintain all required DOT paperwork
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekend if necessary
Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical Examination and Drug Screening Must pass both urine and hair follicle drug test. as outlined in the D.O.T. Regulations. Must be able to pass a road test and background screening.
