Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (exact times to be confirmed)

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Implement and adjust individualized care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with an incredible therapy team to maximize patient outcomes
Uphold productivity standards while delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

Active PTA license in New Mexico (or compact eligible)
1-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
SNF experience preferred but not required
Must be able to meet productivity expectations of 92%
Ability to present in the building to receive guaranteed hours

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of physical therapy interventions and modalities
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced rehab environment
Compassionate communication with residents and families
Familiarity with SNF productivity standards
