Senior EHS Specialist – PSM/PHA
Location: Culpeper, VA 22701
Schedule: Onsite — 4/10 schedule
Duration: 12 months with possibility of direct hire
Pay Rate: $55.00/hour on W2
Start: 1–2 weeks
Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior EHS Specialist with strong Environmental, OSHA 1910, PSM, and PHA experience to support safety and compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hazard assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Support PSM/PHA , risk management, corrective actions, and safety projects.
- Deliver EHS training and ensure OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, and regulatory compliance.
- Support LOTO, confined space, fall protection, machine guarding, and electrical safety programs.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 General Industry experience.
- Strong EHS/Environmental + PSM/PHA background.
- Manufacturing experience; aerospace or high-hazard operations preferred.
Onsite in Culpeper, VA | 4/10 schedule | $55/hr W2 | 12-month contract with potential direct hire.
