As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Swiftwater, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help to deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour

Access Control/Badge Experience: Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee and visitor access badges.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet: Proficiency in using computers or tablets is essential. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, entering data, and utilizing communication tools effectively.

Security Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry processes, and report access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare and pharmaceutical facility interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter spaces to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by providing directions, addressing routine inquiries, and escalating concerns through established reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
