divh2Cash Operations Specialist/h2pCome join our amazing team and work on-site in Orange!/ppThe Cash Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and processing all incoming mail, providing administrative and clerical support to the Cash Operation department, processing, posting and applying payments for residential mortgage accounts and preparing payments for deposit. Perform all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, all state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $21.00 - $23.00./ppstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/pulliCoordinate and open all incoming mail./liliRequest instructions from business units when appropriate./liliPost received payments and exception items, such as checks, wires, lockbox items, and Western Union, to corresponding residential mortgage accounts./liliPost items rejected by the Loan Servicing systems automated posting function./liliPerform posting reversals resulting from returned checks./liliReconcile and record all incoming checks and prepare daily deposits./liliResearch payment application inquiries and correct payment postings, as necessary./liliResearch issues and take corrective action, as appropriate./liliDocument and record changes to customer information in Loan Servicing information system./liliServe as secondary support for receiving, recording and compiling all incoming payments/checks./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Need:/strong/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent work experience./li/ulpstrongOur Company:/strong/ppCarrington Mortgage Holdings is a holding company whose primary businesses include asset management, mortgages, real estate transactions and real estate logistics.
