Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, disease prevention, and treatment options. Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as needed. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (Epic) and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively. Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
