Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ER Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-MA Certifications: ACLS

BLS

PALS

NRP References: 2 References in the last 48 months Include past 7 years of work experience (If less than 7 years of Nursing experience, non-clinical work history must be provided to fulfill 7-year WH requirement here). 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above. References must be from same skillset of the order being submitted to. RN License Copy On-File Education must include city and state Can Pass Fit Test: Y/N Answered Flu Vax: On File or Willing to Obtain Answered (Declinations Not Accepted) EPIC Skill Sets Required: General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education
