Brand Ambassador / Service Pros Auto Glass $750 - $2000 | Weekly Pay | Full-Time Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside partnered automotive dealerships. This role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and coordinating windshield replacement services for dealership customers. If you enjoy talking with people, working in a team environment, and earning commission, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company in the automotive services industry. This is a W-2 employee position. Compensation: Additional commission opportunities You can earn $750 – $2,000 per week Weekly pay Schedule: Monday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 40 hours per week (±2 hours depending on business needs) Lunch break provided What You’ll Do: Engage customers in dealership service lanes and waiting areas Identify potential windshield replacement or auto glass repair opportunities Educate customers on available auto glass services Coordinate glass replacement appointments with the service team Build relationships with dealership service advisors, managers, and technicians Encourage referrals and help grow service volume Track leads, customer interactions, and completed jobs Maintain a professional and positive brand presence inside partner dealerships Qualifications: Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Self-motivated with a positive attitude" Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Benefits: Employees are eligible for full company benefits after 90 days of employment, including: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Company training and development programs Opportunities for internal promotion Team events and company outings Employees are also eligible for FMLA benefits after 90 days of employment, in accordance with company policy and federal guidelines.
