In this role:You will practice at Cottonwood Clinic in Murray, Utah – just south of Salt Lake City as your primary clinicYou will see pediatric patients ages 0-18 in an Urgent Care settingYour clinical time will be 6-hour or 12-hour shifts, days + evenings, and may fall on a Sunday through Saturday (open 7 days a week)Float shifts at nearby Intermountain KidsCare Clinics are expected from time to time; requires an occasional commuteWhat you’ll bring:MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicineResidency training in Pediatrics RequiredBoard certification or eligibility in the designated disciplineActive, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain oneFull prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain oneAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing processThe ability to efficiently utilize our electronic health record EPICPrevious Experience in an urgent care /emergency department setting preferredHow we support you:PRN Physicians will have medical malpractice/liability with tail coverage starting from your date of hire.About us:Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
