Interim Payroll Manager

Interim Payroll Manager (Workday) Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN – This is a hybrid role requiring weekly onsite presence in Inver Grove Heights. Only local applicants in Minnesota will be eligible for consideration. Pay Rate: $45–$55/hr (depending on experience) Benefits: This position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Addison Group is supporting the search for an Interim Payroll Manager on behalf of a mission-driven organization based in Inver Grove Heights. This role requires experience with Workday and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment and enjoys leading process improvements while supporting a collaborative payroll team. The right individual will bring strong leadership experience, technical payroll expertise, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-state payroll operations with accuracy and care.
