Miss Circle is looking for stylish, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team. You will help create an engaging and elevated shopping experience for every client. You will help customers discover the right pieces, build complete looks, and understand the Miss Circle aesthetic while driving sales and building lasting client relationships. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and understands that great retail is about more than simply selling a product. You should have a good sense of style, feel comfortable on the sales floor, and know how to make customers feel welcome and excited to shop. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced boutique environment. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every Miss Circle customer. Represent the Miss Circle aesthetic and approach to customer service. Build genuine relationships with customers and develop repeat clientele through thoughtful service and follow-up. Proactively approach customers and understand their needs, preferences, and occasion. Drive sales through product knowledge, styling, and understanding of customer needs. Support customers throughout the shopping experience, including product selection, fitting rooms, checkout, and post-purchase needs. Work toward individual and store sales goals. Maintain knowledge of current collections, new arrivals, best sellers, product details, and styling opportunities. Styling & Brand Understand the Miss Circle customer and translate the brand aesthetic into a personalized styling experience. Help customers create complete looks for different occasions, body types, and personal styles. Create thoughtful outfit pairings and introduce customers to products they may not have considered. Stay current on fashion trends and understand how they relate to the Miss Circle customer. Maintain a personal presentation that is appropriate for the Miss Circle brand. Help maintain the visual and organizational standards of the sales floor. Store Operations & Team Support Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with receiving, tagging, organizing, and replenishing merchandise. Support inventory organization and product movement between the sales floor and Back of House. Maintain fitting rooms and ensure merchandise is returned to the appropriate locations. Assist the team with daily operational tasks and other store needs. Take responsibility for assigned tasks and make sure they are completed properly and on time. Be willing to step in and support teammates when needed, especially during busy periods. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Social Content & Events Occasionally assist the social and marketing team with content creation for Miss Circle's social channels. Participate in photo and video content when appropriate. Assist with styling, product preparation, and behind-the-scenes support for social shoots and other content initiatives. Support in-store events, launches, and special activations as needed. What We're Looking For Previous retail, fashion, styling, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred. Genuine interest in fashion and a good personal sense of style. Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers. Personable and able to build genuine customer relationships. Sales-minded and motivated to achieve individual and store goals. Good understanding of styling and the ability to make thoughtful product recommendations. Organized, dependable, and proactive. Responsible and able to follow through on assigned tasks. Willing to help the team and go the extra mile when needed. Ability to work well in a fast-paced boutique environment. Good attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Comfortable learning and using POS and retail systems. Social media and content creation experience is a plus. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
