Administrative Assistant

Duties include maintaining, reviewing, auditing and approving employee timekeeping records, including hours worked, leave and vacation usage, and related attendance information; identifying discrepancies; maintaining accurate records; and ensuring information is entered and tracked appropriately. Additional duties include greeting visitors, answering the telephone, responding to calls and emails with departmental information and directing inquiries; preparing and reviewing a variety of documents; and other general clerical duties as assigned. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of general clerical experience are required. Must have a high level of proficiency using computers, entering data and using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. Previous experience with UKG TeleStaff and Tyler Munis is beneficial. All applicants will be subject to a criminal history check. A conviction for Class B misdemeanor and above is disqualifying. A résumé must be submitted with application.

PAY GRADE GG12 / FULL PAY RANGE $19.80 - $27.92 PER HOUR
