Kitchen and Bath Designer

Boss Design Center is a high-end residential design-build firm specializing in luxury kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We are looking for a talented Kitchen & Bath Designer who shares our passion for design excellence and wants to work on exciting, custom residential projects. What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, and project goals. Design luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and interior spaces from concept through construction. Develop floor plans, cabinetry layouts, elevations, and construction drawings. Create realistic 3D renderings and presentation materials. Select cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, and finish materials. Present design concepts and guide clients through the design process. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and vendors to ensure projects are executed successfully. Visit job sites as needed to verify field conditions and support construction. Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience designing kitchens and bathrooms. Strong understanding of cabinetry design, space planning, and residential construction. Excellent communication and client presentation skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for high-end residential design. Preferred Experience Experience with Chief Architect, Revit, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or similar design software. Knowledge of NKBA design principles and building codes. Experience working in a design-build or custom remodeling environment. Familiarity with custom cabinetry manufacturers and premium finish selections.
