POSITION

We have an exciting opportunity to join our founding team as a Delivery Driver. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering Thrive Market products directly to our members. Job Details: Shift 5 days, 8 hours, Monday to Friday, day shift. Pay $21.70 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving a company‑supplied Sprinter Van Loading and unloading delivery vehicle with up to 50 lb. packages Delivering goods to customers by driving a company vehicle during workdays Keeping track of inventory and supplies in the truck Communicating with the Delivery Team on days when deliveries are made Providing a top‑level customer experience to every member you interact with Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous delivery driving experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk up/down stairs throughout your shift Operate and navigate a delivery van/box truck Working and driving in varying weather conditions Able to pass a DOT physical examCompleted background check, MVR screening, and drug test
