Overview Camden Health and Rehabilitation is a 135-bed skilled nursing facility seeking a full-time Supervisor/Lead Tech to assist the Director of Dining Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. This lead position is directed by the Director of Dining Services to ensure that the facility provides balanced, well-presented meals and maintains a high level of sanitation practices daily. This is a hands-on/working position combined with some leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Dining Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the dietary department operations. Ensure balanced, well-presented meals and maintain high sanitation practices daily. Perform hands-on duties while providing leadership and guidance to staff as the Lead Tech. Qualifications / Requirements Experience as a dietary aide with cooking skills and the ability to lead a team. Knowledge of sanitation practices and regulatory standards for dietary operations in a skilled nursing facility.
