Job Duties And Responsibilities Audit the daily guest ledger and valet and F&B charges. Handle all end‑of‑day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and banquet checks and data entry. Ensure accuracy of all charges and routing to guest folios. Act as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations and resolving guest issues. Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash‑handling procedures. Organize the front‑desk area so that the A.M. front‑desk staff can properly prepare for their shift. Monitor hotel security. Ensure lobby is well‑maintained, properly lit and musical volume is appropriate. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Minimum of 1 year in accounting or night auditor role. High school diploma or GED. Knowledge of PMS (OnQ/PEP preferred). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to multi‑task. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Team player. Ability to exceed guests’ expectations. Basic accounting and math skills.
