Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Proficiency with telemetry, cardiac monitoring, and post-acute care
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced PCU/Stepdown setting
• Monitor, assess, and manage complex cases, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Support patients and families through education and care coordination
