Position Summary
As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business, you are selling something people need: transportation. At Harley Davidson, you are selling what people want: passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.
Compensation: Pay plans with earning potential est. $60,000-$90,000/year (base + commission)
Duties Include:
- Exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
- Create and exceed new and used sales opportunities
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
- Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
- Update the CRM system
- Maintain a clean, appealing showroom floor
- See and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley-Davidson brand
- Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
