Assistant/EFDA Needed for Airway-Focused Restorative Dental Practice Our office is a wellness-centered, airway-focused restorative dental practice that is focused on individualized patient care and making sure that our team members feel educated and supported! Our team has excellent chemistry and is looking for the right fit to help us keep up with the demand for our services. Title Expanded Functions Dental Auxilliary (EFDA) or Dental Assistant Job Description Dental Assistant, 3 days per week most weeks, with great work-life balance! Salary Range part-time $20 - $35 per hour Salary is determined by skills and experience. Negotiable on most things. Looking for someone who values the way we practice. We take a week off each quarter, and prefer that you align your vacation schedule with that, but are very flexible with that. When we take a week off, we add days to the weeks that we are working so your hours won't be cut in that month. Shift & Schedule Typical schedule is Tuesday 8a-5p, Wednesday 8a-5p and Thursday 7a-2p. Need flexibility for big cases as they come up, so some Mondays and Fridays will be asked of you, but with ample (at least 2 weeks) of lead notice. Requirements Basic life support Eaglesoft Attitude is valued more than experience. We feel comfortable training the skills as long as you have a coachable attitude. Experience with EagleSoft is a plus, but not required. Preferences Some assisting experience is preferred, but not required.
