It ensures alignment between business needs and delivery teams, supporting strategic goals and improving operational efficiency through agile product ownership.**What will you do in this role?*** Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with AXIS strategy and stakeholder needs.* Lead operational readiness for product launches, ensuring systems and processes are aligned.* Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams.* Manage and prioritize the Operations product backlog to focus on high-impact initiatives.* Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with delivery teams.* Track and report Agile delivery metrics to monitor team performance and product impact.* Champion Agile principles and coach team members on best practices and continuous improvement.* Ensure user feedback is continuously gathered and integrated into product iterations.* Empower cross-functional teams to make decisions and deliver value independently.* Use Agile tools to manage backlogs, track progress, and communicate priorities.You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities, and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.**About You**We encourage you to bring your own experience and expertise. While some qualifications are required, we welcome diverse backgrounds that support our goals.**What you need to have:*** Minimum 5+ years of experience in (re)insurance with minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment* Background in Operations transformation and insurance systems integration.* Knowledge of P&C Commercial and Specialty lines, including North American and Global Operations.* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to express complex ideas clearly and visually.* Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.**What we prefer you to have:*** Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.* Experience with AI tools in Specialty Insurance Operations.**Role Factors**In this role, you will typically be required to:* Be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week* Travel internationally as needed**What we offer***We expect to offer a base salary between for $175,000 and $260,000. Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.*You will also receive incentive compensation based on performance.
