Community Relations & Outreach Manager
National Healthcare Associates
Glastonbury Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, seeks a Community Liaison to build partnerships, promote services, and strengthen ties with community organizations and healthcare providers to position our center as a trusted local resource.
