What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience:
  • Proven General Manager experience in a restaurant with $3M+ annual sales .
  • Strong track record of managing profitability and achieving financial goals.
  • Leadership:
  • Skilled in managing a full team of subordinate managers and chefs.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Culinary Passion:
  • Familiarity with chef-driven menus and a commitment to quality and innovation.

    About the Role:
    As the General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of this iconic restaurant's operations, from financial performance to team leadership. You'll work closely with chefs and managers to ensure a seamless dining experience, maintain profitability, and uphold the restaurant's reputation as a premier destination in Norfolk.
