Role Description The Part-Time Billing and Accounts Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily financial and customer account activities in an on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. Typical tasks include preparing and processing invoices, posting payments, reconciling customer accounts, and assisting with basic bookkeeping and record keeping. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries about billing, updating account information, and coordinating with the Killo office staff to ensure accurate service and billing records. The coordinator will collaborate with office staff to maintain organized files, meet deadlines, and support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Bookkeeping and Invoicing Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with customers and internal team members.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for billing explanations and account updates.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review invoices, payments, and account records for accuracy and consistency.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain, update, and track customer accounts and related documentation.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping practices and familiarity with billing software or spreadsheets.
