The US base salary range for this full-time position is $229,600 to $237,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Design complex silicon systems by clarifying requirements, assessing trade-offs, and leading design reviews to align on technology and methodology Contribute to the end-to-end development and successful delivery of complex, high-performance silicon systems from concept to production Define test requirements and execute validation plans for silicon systems, influencing designs to enhance testability and debugging capabilities Validate and debug multiple high-complexity silicon systems independently, guiding junior engineers to achieve project results Identify process redundancies and spearhead initiatives to standardize methods and improve overall operational efficiency and productivity. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and procedures to promote high efficiency and sustainability in all silicon deliverables.
