Install termite bait stations and apply protective treatments safely. Drive a company vehicle to various job sites. Provide friendly, professional service to builders and homeowners. Maintain your equipment and complete daily digital paperwork. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED. License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical: Ability to lift 25 lbs, work in crawl spaces, and handle outdoor weather (heat/cold). Skills: Strong communication, time management, and basic tech skills (smartphone/tablet).
