• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• Background checks with any hits are reviewed by the facility.
• Facility does not accept any license hits.

Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Tele. The role involves providing care in a telemetry environment. Candidates must possess a permanent Ohio nursing license or a Compact State license. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. A minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is necessary for application. The traveler is expected to work regular shifts and at least every other holiday. The facility will review all background check results. No candidates with any license infractions will be considered. All required certifications must be active upon application. This position offers a structured environment supported by an interdisciplinary team. Applicants must be prepared for rhythm recognition assessments and medication safety evaluations during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is mandatory to remain in the position. Additional attempts to pass the assessments may be limited. Nurses are exempt from any nicotine-free facility requirements temporarily. All other travelers must be nicotine-free, confirmed by a negative drug screening within the last year. Candidates may extend their contracts up to 18 months, after which a break is required.
