Teaching opportunity: If desired, do have FP residency program

Job Responsibilities: General Dermatology care in a clinic setting. Medical staff at hospital is required in case infusions are ordered at the infusion center

Submission Requirements:

Board Certified - REQUIRED

Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ (must upload a copy of LOQ at time of name clear - REQUIRED)

Fellowship trained in Dermatology - REQUIRED
