• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis, ICU dialysis experience required; proficiency with all vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System

What You'll Do

• Deliver acute hemodialysis treatments to hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor vascular access, treatment response, and patient stability
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with hospital infection control policies and dialysis best practices
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
• Adapt to unit needs and potentially support Saturday shifts as program grows

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• Proficiency with all vascular access types
• Competency with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
