Where You’ll Make a Difference Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery, robotics, and control systems to support safe and efficient production Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, sensors, and electrical systems Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability Support the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of automation system upgrades and new installations Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals to support troubleshooting and maintenance Respond to equipment breakdowns, partnering with production teams to restore operations quickly and safely Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance, safety, and throughput Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation to support compliance and continuous improvement What Makes You the Right Fit Associate degree or technical certification in automation, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, or a related field Two or more years of experience working with industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (for example, Allen‑Bradley or Siemens systems) Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial automation networks Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation Foundational knowledge of robotics systems and automated production equipment Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment Ability to collaborate effectively across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams How Would You Stand Out? Experience working with supervisory control and data acquisition systems and data collection tools Familiarity with variable frequency drives and servo motor systems Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet Industrial Protocol, Modbus, or Profibus Why Choose Us?
