About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Order to Cash division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the billing, accounts receivable, and commercial collections operations. This role involves overseeing the performance of these functions, enhancing reporting visibility, and refining processes to ensure accurate invoicing and timely cash flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to improving controls, team execution, and operational consistency. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include directing day-to-day order to cash activities, leading the review of aging trends and collection performance, and developing key performance indicators to measure team productivity and effectiveness. The role also requires partnering with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, strengthen process controls, and implement improvements. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, a minimum of 3 years' of management experience, and a proven track record in commercial collections, aging analysis, and performance reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with enterprise platforms such as TMW and Workday is a plus. The role demands a leader who can coach and support team members, promote accountability, and drive continuous improvement within the order to cash organization.
