RN New Graduate Nurse Residency Program Warm Springs (Spring/Summer2026Graduates)

Job Overview We are seeking a RN Resident to participate in a 12‑month Nurse Residency Program (NRP) based in the Warm Springs area. Candidates must graduate nursing school in 2026 and have less than six months of professional experience. The role is full‑time on various shifts across the United States. Program Structure The RN Resident will complete System Orientation, Core Nursing Onboarding Sessions, Specialty Onboarding Sessions, and monthly NRP sessions. The program is supported by Unit‑Based Leaders, Educators, NRP RN Educators, Site Coordinators, and Unit‑Based Preceptors. Core Responsibilities Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence‑based practice. Provide patient‑ and family‑centered care that reflects an understanding of cultural diversity. Collaborate with patients and significant others using appropriate communication methods (e.g., bedside shift report, interdisciplinary rounds, just‑in‑time and planned teaching). Support the voice of the patient while meeting system policies and service‑excellence goals. Key Program Elements Specialty / service‑line activities. NRP sessions for professional development. Required Education and Licensing Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing. Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) preferred. Licensed RN (Single State) or RN – Multi‑state Compact. Basic Life Support (BLS) – Instructor required. All certifications required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Experience Less than six months of professional experience.
