Immediate Opening for an Operations Supervisor who possesses: At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience, ideally in a fast paced, high volume environment such as manufacturing, delivery, or logistics Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach and hold accountable at the same time Comfort thinking on your feet and adjusting plans during staffing challenges A customer first mindset and strong problem solving instincts Ability to lead by example, including regular in cab ride alongs with drivers Key Responsibilities include: Supervising 15 to 16 drivers across assigned routes Conducting morning safety checks to confirm trucks are safe to operate Performing site checks and managing bin and container logistics Leading weekly in cab ride alongs and one on one check ins with drivers Addressing performance issues directly and holding drivers accountable Setting up next day plans to ensure missed stops get completed Building a collaborative team environment and developing drivers for future advancement Compensation Includes: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary 10% annual bonus program Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr Venture Hire Group LLC
