Behavior Technician

Location Hartland, 11174 Highland Rd, Hartland, MI 48353, USA Qualifications Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors Ability to provide one on one ABA therapy Working in accordance with a team Understand how to take feedback and improve the skill set Be willing to travel to various locations within the employment area Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more Ability to uphold all laws, regulations and company policy Proof of a negative TB test Ability to pass a background check and prove auto insurance Must be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy Plus Transportation may be required for certain clients Training & Scheduling After training week you will be scheduled Part time based on your Availability and Client need.
