This is a high-volume inbound call center role within our client's Digital Support department. While the team also handles chat and secure messaging, these employees will be focused exclusively on phone support .

The position is approximately:

• 70% customer service/member support
• 30% technical troubleshooting

The technical aspect is not advanced IT support. Most calls involve helping members navigate the mobile app, reset passwords, recover usernames, troubleshoot login issues, navigate device settings, clear cache/cookies, or assist with MFA (multi-factor authentication) issues.

Day to Day Responsibilities-

• Guiding members through the mobile app
• Password Resets
• Username Recovery
• MFA Troubleshooting
• Basic Mobile phone navigation
• Account access issue
• Clearing caches/cookies

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work Saturday's as needed
• Basic IT Knowledge

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Colorado Springs,CO.
