RN Emergency Room

This position is in a fast-paced, Trauma Level II, Primary Stroke and STEMI Center hospital. It serves the local community and surrounding areas. The Emergency Department supports a 4:1 RN ratio for the main area and a 3:1 ratio for the fast-track area. Facilities include a dedicated Trauma Room and multiple care rooms. The department has over 120 associates working collaboratively. The typical provider schedule includes multiple MDs and APPs across shifts. Associates are required to wear designated uniforms. Weekly meetings are conducted to ensure team alignment and patient care standards.

Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, NIH Certification, CPI Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room
