By combining modern data architecture, AI/ML, and platform engineering, the team delivers intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance associate experiences and drive operational excellence.What you'll do: Lead technical strategy and architecture across the AAA Platform, aligning solutions to business priorities and MVP goals. Drive cross-domain alignment within People Tech and across Enterprise Technology (Me@, Data Platform, Security, Infrastructure) to ensure scalable, interoperable platforms. Design secure, reliable, and extensible architectures meeting functional and nonfunctional requirements. Ensure high-quality engineering through strong coding standards, testing strategy, CI/CD excellence, and observability. Mentor leaders and engineers, foster innovation, and drive adoption of modern engineering and AI best practices. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable platform design. Proficiency in analyzing and scoping complex requirements aligned with business objectives. Strong knowledge of coding standards, multiple programming languages, and modern development frameworks.
