Clinical Nurse Observation Unit

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse for its Observation Unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. The nurse will perform ongoing assessments, monitor telemetry and vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate timely discharges or admissions. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.
