Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring efficient and effective management, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of successful operations management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the operations of all properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations Monitor property budgets and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards Hire, train, and supervise property management staff, including property managers, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel Foster positive relationships with tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and competitive pricing Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in an operations management role Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting systems Proven experience in budget management and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to property management We Offer: Competitive salary and bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development CT Land & Home is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
