WEPCO is looking for applicants that like a fast paced work environment. We are hiring skilled and unskilled laborers for our 2nd shift plating department.

• Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short letters and travelers
• Profound ability to communicate in personal and small group situations to employees of the organization

• Knowledge of conversion coating and previous experience is a plus but not required

• Racking/Unracking
• Packaging
• Material handling
• Light Masking

Pay Rate and Benefits

Hourly Rate: $20.00 plus 15% Shift Differential

Important Notes:

Employee will need to train on first shift (7:00AM-3:30PM) for a few weeks to be able to work independently.
