Responsibilities Sell Cabanas and VIP Seating in an efficient and friendly manner Assist customers to their rentals while providing exceptional customer service by explaining park rides, slides and attractions Inform customers on park rides, slides, and attractions Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or gift cards Offer additional products, such as Breeze Passes, to provide the best park experience Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark Maintain knowledge of the rules and regulations of the water park (including attraction requirements such as height restrictions, weight restrictions, proper riding position, etc.) Maintain cleanliness of rentals throughout each day Assist the Food & Beverage service team to achieve superior customer service Create and deliver balloon bouquets to guests who have purchased a Celebration Package Follow Park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age Ability to operate a computer, computer software, cash register, and credit card machine Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Requirements Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 30 pounds Retention Bonus We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date.
