In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the closing documents to ensure a successful transaction. Responsibilities include review of the closing documents and leading the closing to provide explanations of the documents to all parties involved and to obtaining all necessary signatures. The position requires strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Notary Public certification preferred.
