Irrigation Manager - Maintenance (49661)

**Juniper is Growing!** We are seeking an **Irrigation Manager** for our Commercial Landscape Maintenance team. This position will be responsible for scheduling projects, supervising team members, and managing the resources needed for providing irrigation services and projects for our clients. The Irrigation Manager is responsible for adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.* Oversee multiple irrigation service teams and technicians as well as landscape enhancement crews* Responsible for providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branch's irrigation needs and landscape enhancement projects* Manage the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work* Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees* Training and support of irrigation and landscape enhancement team members, including proper operation of equipment, irrigation repair/service/maintenance techniques, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards* Personnel management, interviewing and hiring of team members* Performing hands-on work with the irrigation and/or landscape enhancement crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed* Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and utilized* Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries for irrigation and landscape enhancement projects* Ability to create estimates for time & materials needed on irrigation projects* Maintain all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases and service schedules for irrigation services and landscape enhancement projects* Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients* Other relevant job duties as needed.* Oversee multiple irrigation installation teams and lead projects to completion* Responsible for training and developing irrigation installation teams and providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance* Manage all irrigation installations, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work* Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees* Manage training and support of irrigation team members, including proper operation of equipment, irrigation installation techniques, safety, and quality standards* Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries* Assist with creating estimates for time & materials needed on irrigation install projects* Maintain job files for irrigation installation projects* Attend job pre-walks and turn-over meetings* Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients* Other relevant job duties as needed.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
