Requirements:

• Over 5 years Internal Medicine Experience Preferred
• Over 5 years Family Practice Experience Preferred
• DEA Controlled Substances Registration Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
• Licensed Physician Required
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
• Education Required: PhD Education Preferred
• Doctor of Medicine Experience License and Certification: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License - DOJ Driver's License - DMV DEA Controlled Substances Registration - DEA Licensed Physician - Board of Medicine
