Remote Insurance Customer Care Specialist
Equitable
Equitable is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Service Center. You will handle inbound calls from clients and financial professionals, learning and executing multiple processes with teamwork support.
The role emphasizes strong customer service and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience and a High School Diploma; a college degree is preferred.
