Position Title：ESL/Early Childhood/Homeroom Teacher – Pre-K/Kindergarten
Location:Shanghai/Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Beijing The Role
Teach ESL and early childhood curriculum to Pre-K and Kindergarten students in a bilingual school setting. You’ll create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for young learners – no prior kindergarten experience required, but a big plus!What You’ll Do
Deliver age-appropriate ESL and early childhood lessons
Create an inclusive, play-based classroom environment
Track student progress and communicate with parents
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or related field
No prior teaching experience required – fresh graduates with TEFL/TESOL are welcome!
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Native English speakers;
Patient, energetic, and passionate about working with young children What We Offer
