Job Description

Job Title: General Laborer 1st Shift
Location: Greenwood, AR
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed
Pay: $18/hour starting

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Shop Associate. In this role, you will work directly in the shop environment performing the following:

Perform hands-on tasks in the shop, including equipment setup, saw operation, forklift operation, deburring, and assembly of custom metal chucks.
Operate hoists and drills safely and efficiently.
Accurately measure materials using tape measures to ensure precise fabrication.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs
Walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping as needed

Equipment Used:

Tape measures, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, grinders

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE STEEL TOE BOOTS
MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND AND HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
Ability to follow safety protocols in a shop environment
MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
