We have a warehouse associate opening in Sterling Heights, MI and are looking for the best to join our team. This is a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment. Please only apply if you are comfortable working in those conditions. We are looking for someone who: Is a motivated, hard worker Is not afraid of heavy lifting Is always treating our customers the way they deserve to be treated Believes in working together as a team and doing what needs to be done Will be with us for the long haul In this position you will: Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed Assist with inventory and damage control Requirements and Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, with at least one year of driving experience Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines Demonstrated history of steady employment The Details: This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7a-3:30p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $20-22 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Addition compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
